Our agency briefings in Paris or Napoli are most of the time a tavola, as we would say in Italian. Here is our Avril rendez-vous pre-dinner.  We are in Naples and that’s how we set our table : from  top right, scarole saltate in padella, spaghetti di grano di Timilia (coming next), natural vesuvian Catalanesca wine, pain aux noix, sottoli fatti in casa, melanzane e fagiolini.
